Introduction
Each clip is 30 seconds long. Some are recordings of human
musicians. The rest were generated by AI. Press 'Start' to begin.
About the game

The AI clips are synthetic all the way through. Nobody
played any part of them.

Five generators are used:
ACE-Step, DiffRhythm,
ElevenLabs, Suno and
Udio. Each leaves different traces.

We reveal the answer after every round, and tell you what to
listen for.

There are 50 clips. You hear each one once before any
repeats.

Use headphones if you can. Most giveaways sit in the stereo
image and the high end.
Data
Clips come from the Echoes dataset. The real
tracks are Creative Commons recordings from the
Free Music Archive.
